Outdoor Seating

Tucked away and off the beaten path lies one of Oslo's most idyllic outdoor seating areas – a true oasis in the heart of the city. The terrace is open during the summer months, freshly renovated and fitted with parasols for when the sun blazes or the rain falls. Sheltered from noise and traffic, you can relax and enjoy food and drinks from 12:00. Food service follows the Café's opening hours, while drinks can still be ordered at the outdoor bar or at Gamla for as long as it remains open.

We now take table reservations in the courtyard through the café's page, making it the perfect spot for a pleasant lunch or perhaps an after-work gathering. From 16:00 we also serve a full à-la carte menu out here.

Every now and then we host concerts in the courtyard. Kampen Janitsjar visits us a couple of times a year – on 17 May and for a summer concert in June – and occasionally the Saturday jazz and Gamla spill out here with live performances when the weather gods are in good spirits!
